Refund policy

At Communication Masterclass with Magda Petryniak, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their course experience. We offer a refund policy designed to provide a sense of security while maintaining fairness.

1. Refund Eligibility

Customers are eligible to request a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase. The refund period is designed to give you the chance to review the course materials and ensure it meets your expectations.

Refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • If the course has been completed in full.
  • If a significant portion of the course materials (such as multiple modules or downloadable resources) has already been accessed or consumed.

Please note that completed courses or significant usage of the course materials disqualify the customer from receiving a refund.

2. Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within the eligible 14-day period by filling out the contact form on our website or by sending an email to hello@magdapetryniak. Please include the following information:

  • Title: Request for refund
  • Your full name
  • The email address used to make the purchase
  • The reason for requesting a refund

We will process your request within 30 business days after verifying your eligibility for a refund.

3. Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may not be issued if:

  • The refund request is made after the 14-day refund period.
  • The course has been fully completed, or a significant portion of it has been accessed.

We reserve the right to deny any refund requests that do not comply with the terms outlined in this policy.
