I’m on a mission to help leaders around the world hone their communication skills, make a meaningful impact, navigate tough changes, and build strong, motivated teams. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve become a global communication advisor and trainer, trusted by executives from multinational corporations, as well as grassroots teams in charities and startups.
I’m passionate about teaching and sharing my expertise through MBA programs and corporate training initiatives, guiding others to reach new heights in their communication and leadership journeys. Throughout my career, I’ve been involved in more than 500 projects, spanning advocacy and lobbying, large-scale business conferences, company culture development, sales and marketing effectiveness, and people development. As a practitioner, I prioritize measurable progress and building lasting routines.
My motivation and inspiration come from connecting with people from diverse cultures and engaging in sports, especially hiking. Climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro taught me the values of humility, gratitude, and persistence – lessons I bring into my workshops to help others focus on each step of their journey and never give up, whether hiking a mountain or climbing the career ladder.
